On June 2, 2004, National Cultural Heritage Administration officially announced the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units, and Zhiyan Village in Lanxi City was on the architectural list, becoming a new "national protection". So far, Lanxi has two national key cultural relics protection units.

Located in huang dian zhen, Lanxi City, Zhiyan Village complex is a residential building from the Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China, including 28 buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The representative buildings are Yandetang, Xiaositang and Jimei Hall. There are 9 halls, 4 shops facing the street, 5 buildings crossing the street, dozens of residential inns, and 16 lanes on both sides of the street.

Zhiyan village complex has been declared as a national key cultural relics protection unit since 2004. Lanxi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to this. With the support of the local Party committee, government and relevant municipal departments, the buildings in Zhiyan Village are not only well protected, but also equipped with fire-fighting facilities and established corresponding systems.

The selection of Zhiyan Village as a new "state-level protection" has greatly enhanced the cultural relics value of Zhiyan Village complex, which has a good promotion effect on further cultural relics protection, strengthening cultural relics management and utilization, and also provides a new opportunity for promoting the development of Zhiyan Scenic Area. After receiving this news, Chen Boming, secretary of the Party branch of Zhiyan Village, said happily: "Declaring' national security' has been the wish of our villagers in Zhiyan Village for more than 20 years. Today, this wish has finally come true! " He said that Zhiyan Village will take this opportunity to continue to do a good job in the protection and utilization of ancient buildings, and coordinate with the municipal departments of culture and tourism to define the scope of protection, set up full-time management institutions and staff, and organically combine the protection of ancient buildings with tourism development.

It is reported that the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units in Lanxi City is Zhuge Changle Ming and Qing ancient buildings complex, which was selected as the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units on1996165438+1October 20th. Zhiyan village complex is the place where Zhiyan villagers lived from Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China. With the ancient street as the central axis, there are 28 Ming and Qing buildings within the east-west140m and the north-south 200m. The streets and lanes are reasonably distributed and the building layout is orderly. There is an arcade across the street, and the buildings in the village are interconnected. Representative buildings include Yande Hall, Xiao Si Hall, Jimei Hall, Chengzhi Hall, Chengxian Hall, Guangyu Hall, Shanshu Hall, Shide Hall, Shize Hall, Loushangtang 1#, Rongbao Five Dynasties, and so on. Its ancient buildings are recorded in genealogy, or there are plaques and inscriptions, which can be tested relative to the building age and the evolution of the building age is clear. Dozens of buildings in the village from the early Ming Dynasty to the late Republic of China constitute the yardstick for dating ancient buildings. It has a high historical value. The building materials of the main hall are huge, beautifully carved, beautifully made and magnificent.

The ancient street was built in the Ming and Qing dynasties and runs through the north and south. Both ends are marked by ancient camphor trees, with a total length of more than 300 meters and a width of 2.8-3.2 meters. The street part is canal road, with pebbles on both sides and slate in the middle, with a width of 0.55 meters. The leaves in the middle of Ming Dynasty were donated by Yi Yuan Gong (Tianshun people). The canal is 0.56m wide and 0.30-6544m deep. There are nine halls, four shops facing the street, five buildings crossing the street, dozens of residential inns and sixteen alleys on both sides of the street. The layout of the building complex is open and closed, and the horse-headed walls are scattered and beautiful. So far, it has been preserved completely, forming a rich and unified whole.

There are more than 30 residential houses in Ming and Qing Dynasties, 9 halls on both sides of the street, 5 shops in the adjacent street, residential inn 10, lane 16. Divided into ancestral halls and residential houses. Representative buildings include "Tang", "Yan", "Jimei Hall" and "Cheng". Unique structure, well preserved. Among them, the filial piety hall is Chen Jiazu Hall, with three entrances, one hall, one main hall and one back hall, and two wings on both sides. The hall is very wide, surrounded by three corridors, and is located on the top of the mountain. The village residence in Zhiyan provides important material for studying the evolution of traditional village culture and residential buildings. Zhiyan Village is located at the junction of Lanxi and Jiande. Zhiyan Village has beautiful scenery, lush vegetation, warm in winter and cool in summer, simple environment and pleasant scenery. Since ancient times, it has been an important stop for business travelers to stay on the ancient post road in Yanwu, and it is also a tourist attraction for people to summer. An ancient street in the village passes through the village. There used to be a teahouse, a restaurant, a jewelry store, a theater, a smoking house, a bathhouse, a barber shop and a foot washing shop on both sides of the ancient street. During the day, people come and go and are busy; At night, the lights are flickering and lively and leisurely. The ancient buildings that still exist today, such as Chengxian Theater, Yanzhi Bathhouse and Spabu Museum, are still telling the prosperity and wealth of that year.

Zhiyan Village is rare for its numerous ancient buildings, exquisite structure and complete preservation. The village not only has nearly 100 ancient buildings, such as Yandetang, Xiao Si Hall and Chengxiantang, but also all kinds of buildings from Yuan, Ming, Qing and Republic of China gather in one village, which is called "the typical China Museum of Ancient Dwellings" and praised as "the living fossil" and "the architectural treasure house of Yuan, Ming, Qing and Republic of China" by ancient architecture research experts. The protection planning of Zhiyan Village Complex starts from the mountain east of Xi Zhi in the east, reaches the west side of the diversion channel in the west, reaches the diversion aqueduct in the north, and reaches the fork road and the road into the village in the south, with a total area of 22.98 hectares. The overall planning structure takes Moon Street as the main axis, and Xi Zhi and two canals running through the whole village from north to south form the skeleton of the village water system, highlighting five characteristics of rural villages in central Zhejiang, namely, blood clan, ancient market, landscape and pastoral, and leisure and summer vacation. The "nine halls" represented by rural buildings in the village are Xiaoentang, Yandetang, Chengzhitang, Jimei Hall, Chengxiantang, Guangyu Hall, Shanshutang, Shizetang and Shidetang respectively. The total investment of the project is about 8 1 10,000 yuan.
