Qianfo Mountain

Qianfo Mountain is located in the east of the south of Jinan, near the city center. Qianfo Mountain has undulating peaks and dense forests, with an altitude of 285 meters. The scenery of Qianfo Mountain is very beautiful, not only with charming water style and original broad-leaved forest and other ecological landscapes, but also with many places of interest. From east to west on this cliff are Longquan Cave, Blissful Cave, Qian Lou Cave and Lvzu Cave. To the east of Guochan Temple is Lishan Courtyard, where there are Shun Temple, Luban Temple and a pavilion. There is also the Ten Thousand Buddha Cave in the Thousand Buddha Mountains, which is a collection of four grottoes in China. 1. Thousand Buddha Cliffs

The Thousand Buddha Cliffs, located in the south side of the Zen Temple, are an early statue group in Jinan, which is of great value to the study of Buddhism in the Sui Dynasty in China. On the cliff, there are more than 13 Buddha statues carved from the 7th year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (587) to the 15th year of Emperor Kai (595), including 9 caves. Blissful Cave is the main cave for statues, with Amitabha sitting cross-legged in the middle, 3 meters high and decorated with Buddha light behind him. On the right, the general trend reached the Bodhisattva, and on the left, Guanyin Bodhisattva stood, nearly 3 meters high, which was carved in the eleventh year of Emperor Kai (591). Other caves are scattered on the stone wall outside the cave.

2. Guanyin Garden

Guanyin Garden in Qianfo Mountain is dedicated to Guanyin in white. It is 15 meters tall and stands in the center of the pool. It is kind and approachable. Around the pool are incarnations of various avalokitesvara, namely: Free Avalokitesvara, Songzi Avalokitesvara, Zhuzhu Avalokitesvara, Crossing the Sea Avalokitesvara and Yangliu Avalokitesvara. There is a Guanyin Temple on the west side of the white Guanyin statue, which is connected by pavilions and corridors. It is antique and has a charm.

tips stamp: there is a red rubber stamp in the North Gate Visitor Center, and there are several stamps in Wenchuang Store next to the cableway station near Lishanyuan, including a blue Maitreya statue of Qianfo Mountain.
