What must-see attractions are there in Shanghai?
Must-see scenic spot Bund
Located on the Huangpu River in Huangpu District, downtown Shanghai, it is one of the most iconic scenic spots in Shanghai. 1.5km long, walking from south to north. On the left hand side is the wide Zhongshan East 1st Road, and dozens of foreign buildings with different styles are lined up on the roadside. Close to the Huangpu River, the mother river of Shanghai, huge ships shuttle across the river, and skyscrapers such as Jinmao Tower and World Financial Center stand on the other side of the river. At night, the neon lights on both sides of Pujiang River are in full bloom, which is suitable for strolling along the Bund with lovers and feeling the charm and romance of the "city that never sleeps".
Nanjing Road Walkway
Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, one of the top ten famous pedestrian streets in China, is the earliest commercial street established after the opening of Shanghai. This is the gathering place of department stores, with a full range of goods, and it is a paradise for shoppers. Creative city sculptures can be seen everywhere, and there are a lot of chairs in the middle of the street for tourists to sit on, which is full of literary fashion. On Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, you can see a miniature version of the old tram, which is very old Shanghai. You might as well experience it.
Town God's Temple
The tourist area of the Town God Temple includes large areas such as the Old Town God Temple and Yuyuan Garden, as well as shopping, food and small commodities. It is a must-see spot for many people when they come to Shanghai. "Yu Garden" and "Old Town God Temple" are private gardens and Taoist temples in the Ming Dynasty, and tickets are needed for sightseeing. Other areas are basically open attractions. Whenever night falls, the whole pedestrian street will become more brilliant, and bees who like photography must not miss it. For tourists visiting Shanghai for the first time, the Chenghuang Temple is the first window to fully appreciate the history, culture and customs of Shanghai and taste authentic Shanghai snacks.
The Oriental Pearl Radio & TV Tower
Adjacent to Huangpu River and facing the Bund across the river, it is one of Shanghai's landmark cultural landscapes. It integrates the functions of city sightseeing, fashionable dining, shopping and entertainment, historical exhibition, Pujiang tour and exhibition, and is the first batch of 5A-level tourist attractions in China. It is 468 meters high, with 1 1 spheres connected in series from top to bottom. The revolving restaurant is located in a sphere of 267 meters, which is an excellent place to enjoy the night view of Shanghai in 360 degrees. At 259 meters, there is a hanging sightseeing corridor. The passage adopts steel structure, glass floor and wall, overlooking Huangpu River and Lujiazui.
Creative idea 1 of minority scenic spots: parent-child theme tour
There are three national 5A scenic spots in Shanghai: Oriental Pearl, Shanghai Wildlife Park (16 Safari Park Station, 2 km by taxi to the main entrance) and Shanghai Science and Technology Museum (Shanghai Science and Technology Museum Station on Line 2). If you take your children to play, these three are the best choices.
Idea 2: Travel close to nature
One is the World Expo Park (Expo Avenue Station on 13 line), where you can see the scenery of Pujiang different from the Bund.
2. People's Park (People's Square Station on Line 1, Line 2 and Line 8) is of course not a flower and grass, but a blind date corner inside. Look at the wonderful demands made by Shanghai's indigenous parents to find a partner for their children, and you will see a more real Shanghai and a more real China.
3. Songjiang Chen Shan Botanical Garden (get off at Songjiang University Town Station of Metro Line 9, and take a taxi 6.5km to the main entrance). Although it is a little far away, this botanical garden is great, with many rare tropical plants. The most distinctive one is the mine garden, which is unique in that all kinds of flowers and plants are connected with huge mines, waterfalls, lakes and plank roads.
Idea 3: Go to the museum.
There are many museums in Shanghai, but it takes a lot of time to visit them. If time is short, it is recommended to go to the most representative Shanghai Museum (1, People's Square Station on Lines 2 and 8).
