Introduction of Siqu Town

Siqu Town is located in the middle and upper reaches of Wujiang River in the northwest of Yanhe County, Guizhou Province, 29 kilometers away from the county waterway and 55 kilometers away by land. It is adjacent to Houping Township, Qingquan Township and Heishui Township of Youyang County in Chongqing in the east, Guanzhou Town and Quanba Township in the south, Zhongzhai Township and Loess Township in the west and Xinjing Township in the north. The total area is 181.4 square kilometers, and ethnic minorities account for 98.6% of the total population. The town has jurisdiction over 4 offices, 28 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee and 196 villagers' groups. The territory belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate.
