Instructions for handling Russian tourist visas

In order to obtain a Russian entry visa, the following documents must be submitted to the office:

Fill in the visa application form. (One for each person) This form must be signed by the applicant. If the visa application form is not completed, the visa formalities cannot be processed.

a valid passport.

three standard passport photos of the applicant.

a). Original invitation letter for business visa

, which is issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its sub-regional representative offices, or a visa notice sent directly to the consulate department.

an invitation letter from a Russian reception company (including official seal, legal company address, name and signature of the official who sent the invitation to foreign countries in the name of the authorized company, travel schedule, residence time, full name and date of birth of the invitee).

a copy of the business license of the company/enterprise to which the applicant belongs.

letter of introduction from the company/enterprise to which the applicant belongs.

b). Tourist visa

The original tourist visa, which is issued by China Travel Agency, indicates the basic information of tourists (name, date of birth), residence time (date of entry and high altitude), the name of the receiving travel agency in Russia, the list of fees paid (transportation, accommodation and sightseeing), the signature of the representative of China Travel Agency and the seal of the travel agency.

The new confirmation letter issued by the Russian travel agency is directly sent to the round-trip ticket within the visa date applied by the consulate.

c). Private visa

The original entry notice is issued by the local visa office (OVIR) of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

a just invitation letter from the applicant's relatives or friends (original document)

a copy of the passport of the applicant's relatives or friends. (including photo, name and address)

d). Transit visa

A valid visa for the destination country.

the whole journey ticket to a third country via Russia.

e). Work visa

Original invitation letter, which is issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its regional representative office, or a visa notice sent directly to the consulate department.

labor permit visa:

an invitation letter from a Russian reception company (including official seal, legal company address, name and signature of the authorized official who sends invitations to foreign countries in the name of the company, travel schedule, residence time, full name of the invited person and date of birth).

medical certificate.

visa time and fee:

5 working days for ordinary visa, 5 USD or 5 yuan RMB.

3 working days for expedited visa, US$ 8 or 8 yuan RMB.
