How to evaluate the environmental effects of tourism?

1. Definition: Tourism environmental assessment is the abbreviation of tourism environmental impact assessment and tourism environmental quality assessment. Broadly speaking, the evaluation of tourism environment is to evaluate, judge and put forward countermeasures for the status of tourism environment system. IV. An ideal environmental impact assessment process should meet the following conditions:

(1) basically adapt to all projects that may have a significant impact on the environment, and be able to identify and evaluate all possible significant impacts;

(2) compare various alternatives (including projects that are not under construction or areas that are not developed), management technologies and mitigation measures;

(3) generate a clear environmental impact statement (EIS) so that both experts and non-experts can understand the characteristics and importance of possible impacts;

(4) including extensive public participation and strict administrative review procedures;
