Aba Prefecture in Sichuan is a good place with very pleasant scenery. The natural environment here is well protected and the cultural atmosphere is rich, which can meet your various needs. It is quite powerful for those who like health care. This is a tour guide in Aba Prefecture, Sichuan.

On National Day this year, I took my wife to Aba Ruoergai and Hongyuan where I had been studying for half a year. We went to the plateau to see the grassland in my heart, the long-lost blue sky and the starry moon.

It only takes half a day to drive from Chengdu to Songpan Ancient City.

The first day, Chengdu - Songpan Chuanzhu Temple

Pan is located on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, in the northeast of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, and is the center of the golden tourist route in western Sichuan. Huanglong, Muni Valley, Songpan Ancient City and other famous scenic spots in China.

On the first night, I stayed at Chuanzhu Temple. It happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the moon was particularly bright at night.

Start from Chuanzhu Temple and walk all the way. Climb the ridge of the Galita Steppe at an altitude of 3,600 meters. In the morning, when the clouds have not dispersed, it feels like walking on the clouds, like a fairyland.

For thousands of years, the yak has been with the Tibetan people and has done everything possible to become the most important friend of the Tibetan compatriots. It has also provided the Tibetan people with basic life security such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, and farming. It can be said that the Tibetans domesticated the yak, and the yak raised the Tibetans.

Tibetan Mastiff is indispensable for grazing yaks. It is a family member of the Tibetan people. Compared with the pet dogs raised by people in the city, it is the right-hand man of its owner.

Finally saw the Zoige Grassland. The sky here is more lovely than other places, the air is particularly fresh, the sky is clear and blue, it is beautiful.

Although it is already October and the grassland has missed the most beautiful season, it is very interesting. It is often said that the charm remains. For prairie, it is sparse flowers and grass.

Ruoergai Flower Lake is located next to National Highway 213 between Ruoergai and Langmusi in Gansu Province. There are three adjacent Haizi on the Mongolian Dam. The smallest one is called Tsoergan, the largest one is called Tsoerha, and the one in the middle is called Huahu.

The next day, after visiting Huahu Lake, we spent the night in Ruoergai, breathing in the thin and fresh air of the plateau and washing away our thoughts in nature.

The scenery here is a bit more rugged than the mountains and rivers in the south of the Yangtze River, and a bit more simple than the beauty of the mountains and rivers in the south of the Yangtze River. On the way out of Tangke Town, I met a pious "kowtow" "Pilgrims, their faith is so firm, admirable and touching. Their spiritual world should be far richer than ours.

On the way to Hongyuan, you often encounter groups of yaks, either walking or eating. This time, I saw yaks bathing and drinking water in the river. I wonder if they are afraid of the cold.

As we passed a prairie homestead we stopped to ride our horses. I took my children to the depths of the grassland. It was a real ecological grassland, full of life everywhere. It is truly a mountain of gold and silver, as well as green water and green mountains.

Simple Tibetan friends are always so hospitable. Less than an hour after meeting, we had already exchanged WeChat messages and made an appointment to go camping and horse riding next year. When you arrive in Hongyuan, how can you not go to Moon Bay to watch the sunset?

The sunset at Hongyuan Moon Bay is unmatched by other places. The mountains and rivers are winding and sparkling, like an oil painting, too thick to be melted away.

We caught up with the best day of the entire 11-day holiday, and of course the best day to watch the sunset.

On the third day, we stayed in Hongyuan and went to the Hongyuan wet market early to find a good shop selling yak meat. We told the boss that we would buy pure plateau grass-fed yak meat early the next morning.

The fourth day, Hongyuan - Chengdu

Life continues like this. The yak that was lively and happy yesterday has turned into fresh beef on the hook today. Don’t doubt its purpose of life or death, just because it has already been integrated into the ecological cycle of nature. Everyone is a link in the cycle, and everything is interrelated.

What is the difference between me and it? Only by being grateful to nature and life can you make your life valuable and exciting.

On the way home, we passed by Moon Bay where the sunset was gorgeous yesterday. After a night's rest, it takes on new vitality and welcomes another bloom.

Looking back on this four-day trip to western Sichuan, I walked on the plateau closer to the sky, away from the noisy city, integrated with the sky and scenery, released my thoughts, purified my soul, and felt life .
