About the author of 100 Special Farm Dishes

Tang Quanming, born in September 1963, holds a postgraduate degree and is the director of Liyang Tourism Bureau of Jiangsu Province. Based on the development goal of building a strong tourism city in Liyang and creating the "back garden of the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area", we are committed to improving tourism elements, lengthening the tourism industry chain, and promoting regional economic development.
