A poem about Lingtong Mountain paired with an illustration of Lingtong Mountain

Lingtong Mountain, also known as Dafeng Mountain, is located in Pinghe County, Zhangzhou City. Due to the age and vicissitudes of this mountain, the name of the mountain has also changed. This mountain was originally called Dafan Mountain. At that time, because Dapeng birds often came here, it was also called Dapeng Mountain. Therefore, the mountain is full of maple trees. The forest was dyed all over the sun, and the mountain was red, so it was also called Dafeng Mountain. As the maple trees decreased, only this mountain towered into the clouds. People also called it Dafeng Mountain, which went down in history. It was not until Huang Daozhou of the Ming Dynasty inscribed the words "Ling Ying Tong" on Dafeng Rock that people began to call Dafeng Rock Lingtong Rock and Dafeng Mountain Lingtong Mountain.
