I just came back from a trip to Xishuangbanna with my friends a few days ago. We also made a lot of preparations before departure. This trip was very enjoyable, so I will write down my personal experience for your reference

1. Zhongke Botanical Garden. The botanical garden is the largest in area and has the most species of plants. The park is really large and is divided into east and west areas. The east area is a tropical karst rainforest. The west area mainly exhibits various tropical plants with rich history. Everyone usually checks in to the west area.

Here you can feel the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Stroll along and feel the atmosphere of the tropical rainforest. There are rare tropical plants on both sides of the trail, and you may even see a herd of wild elephants wandering in the forest.

Food recommendations: 1. Chung Chicken feet. The price is about 25 yuan. The chicken feet are deboned and minced in a container. Nearly 10 ingredients such as lemon, lemongrass, garlic, spicy millet, tomatoes, etc. are added. It is sour and spicy and appetizing. You can eat it until you can’t put down your chopsticks, and the chicken feet are so delicious. Very refreshing.

2. Ice cream. The ice cream in Xishuangbanna is really delicious. It may be because of the addition of coconut milk and local fruits. I ate a coconut ice cream, which was made by digging out a whole fresh coconut. There were 3 balls soaked in the fresh coconut juice. When I got to the bottom of the meal, I was pleasantly surprised to find a large piece of thick coconut meat, which was white, crispy and sweet, wow! So delicious.
