Bechetesgaden, a beautiful mountain town in Bavaria, Germany (1)

This is a photo I took when we went to Germany for a holiday a few years ago and played near Alpis Mountain.

This is me. I will show you this small mountain city one after another these days. I hope you like it. The pictures are all original pictures, so I can just write a few words in them as a chat with my friends.

This is a very beautiful small mountain city in Bavaria, Germany. There are such small churches and white ones everywhere. There are many beautiful paintings in the church.

This small town is located near King Lake, between green mountains and green waters. People pass by here when they go to King Lake. The small village where we are here and live is near here.

In the bus station of the small town, grass grows on the roofs, and lawns are everywhere, and birds are singing and flowers are fragrant.

The beautiful murals on the walls of houses in Bavaria have distinctive windows.

Look at the windows of these old houses, the walls are painted with flowers, the balconies are all made of wood, and there are stalls selling local traditional costumes.

There are restaurants everywhere under the pedestrian street. It's also quite cold here in summer. People wear a lot of clothes. It always rains here, especially near Alpis Mountain.

Because Germans like to drink beer, many elderly people have beer bellies. Houses in Bavaria are all in this style. This small mountain pedestrian street near Austria is very tortuous, much like the small streets in Chongqing. There are no cars here, and there are small shops, restaurants, cafes and beer houses on both sides.

Germans really like to eat meat. The most typical German dishes here are roast pork elbow and stewed sauerkraut, which is enough for our whole family. Germans can eat it very much.

Germans dress comfortably. Compared with the British, they really have more soil. The window is also very rustic, isn't it

Look at the people walking on the side streets. They are all in sportswear, and most of them are tourists coming to King Lake. Germans like mountaineering very much, and many people come here to climb in Alpis Mountain on vacation.

The pedestrian street in the whole town is full of restaurants. When we come here in spring, the temperature is quite low, but we still like to sit outside and eat, drink tea and coffee. We also sit down to eat in such a place.

There are many sporting goods stores here. This is a Tubu shoe store made in Germany. The quality of German shoes is very good. I bought a pair of waterproof walking shoes here. They are low-key and comfortable, solid and very satisfied.

The whole town is such an old house, and each one is different and well maintained. The exterior wall of the house has its own characteristics, and there are many reliefs and murals. Like a museum, the whole town can be strolled around for a long time without being bored.

There are many places to drink beer in small towns in Germany. Germans like to drink fresh beer very much, especially in southern Germany. Everyone must know the Oktoberfest in October. It's close to Munich.

How beautiful this house is. The murals on the walls are traditional clothes worn by local farmers. Small towns in rural Germany are different from those in Britain. They are very rich at first sight, and the renovated old houses are particularly new, like nouveau riche.

It's interesting to walk in a small mountain city, just looking at every renovated old house. Each house has different colors and styles. Look at these three houses, the middle is sand red, the left is light green, and the right is sky blue.

The big yellow house on the left, now the store here is a famous chain drugstore in Germany. Similar to Watsons here. The quality of things in German drugstores is excellent. All kinds of cheap cosmetics are made in Germany. Germans like to use their own local products, and they are not interested in luxury goods of international brands.

Take a closer look at this house. The murals around the windows are very exquisite, with many flowers, birds, fish and insects, as well as interesting life stories of local people. On the left is an ice cream shop. German ice cream is cheap and delicious. Walk in, one euro for an ice cream ball, a big ball that is particularly affordable, and one for me is enough.

There are many urban sculptures in large and small cities in Germany. Some of these bronze sculptures have been real works of art for hundreds of years. This is the case everywhere in Europe. Many ancient buildings have been preserved. Please look at the window on the right carefully. The bricks below are preserved from the old houses in the past. When rebuilding, all of them should be used.

Now I'm in my favorite place, the flower shop. In Europe, flower shops are the most common and rare shops in pedestrian streets. They love life and cannot do without flowers and plants. Every time I go to a small town, I will stay near such a flower shop for a long time. I especially like such a place.

In the 21st century, Germans are still very traditional, especially in such a small rural town. Life is really slow. Look at the small shop on the left. There is a shelf at the door with greeting cards and postcards on it. They are still slow to accept modern things, such as smartphones and so on.

Under this street tree, it is a corner of the city decoration. It is so natural and simple, but it makes people feel very moved and feel how comfortable they are living here, which has little to do with how much money they have.

When I visit my German friends' home, I like to see their back garden best. German family concept, love and attachment to home are natural and comfortable feelings.

people live in such a place, which is calm and natural. Walking in the street, everything you see is calm and natural, just like being at home. Germans are really thrifty. Most of their incomes are not high, and they have to spend every penny. But we envy the peaceful and ceremonial days.

Speaking of postcards and greeting cards, many people in Germany still use postal services. If you go there for a holiday, you will send postcards to your relatives and friends in the local area. Be sure to send them locally and stamp them with the local postmark. Sometimes, people have already returned home and postcards haven't arrived yet.

The paintings of local artists are also a highlight of small European cities. I sometimes visit some places in Europe and like to choose a local painting as a souvenir. At my home in Beijing, there is a picture on the wall that I brought back when I was studying in Germany and camping with my good friends Jun Geli and Heng at the seaside in Brittany, southern France. Although it is printed, I really love it.

I'll show you these today, and I'll watch them with you later.
