Qiandao Lake Scenic Area, also known as Xin'anjiang Reservoir, is located in Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a national 5A tourist attraction, 129 kilometers east of Hangzhou and 140 kilometers west of Huangshan, covering an area of ??982 square kilometers. It borders Lin'an City to the north, Changshan County to the south, and Kaihua County and Quzhou City to the southwest. It borders Tonglu and Jiande counties and cities in the southeast and Anhui Province in the northwest.

The wild animal resources include 61 species of mammals, 90 species of birds, 50 species of reptiles, 1,800 species of insects in 16 orders, 320 families, and 12 species of amphibians in 2 orders, 4 families.
