The Culinary Department of Yangzhou University is the second one. Yangzhou University Tourism and Cooking College (School of Food Science and Engineering) is a second-level college affiliated to Yangzhou University. It was established in 1998. It was formerly known as the Tourism Management Department of Yangzhou Normal University and the Culinary Department of the former Business College. Extension information The college has seven undergraduate majors: Tourism Management, Cooking and Nutrition Education, Food Hygiene and Nutrition, Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, Dairy Engineering, and Hotel Management.
