How to get to Guangwu Mountain

Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area is about 30 kilometers away from Xi'an, Chengdu, and Chongqing. It’s over 400 kilometers, so it doesn’t matter where you start.

1. Self-driving:

Departing from Chengdu:

Route 1: Arrive at Bazhong via Chengdu-Shaanxi Expressway, then take the Bazhong-Shaanxi Expressway to the Nanjiang North Exit and then It takes about 5 hours to get to Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area.

Route 2: From Chengdu to Hanzhong via Guangyuan, and then from Xishenba to Guangwu Mountain Tourist Area.

Departing from Xi'an

Route: Xi'an - Hanzhong - Xishenba - Guangwu Mountain Tourist Area.

Departing from Chongqing

Route 1: Chongqing to Nanchong-Yilong-Bazhong-Nanjiang-Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area.

Easy routes: Chengdu North Railway Station (Liangjiaxiang Station) - Bazhong Jiangbei Passenger Station - Guangwu Mountain, because they are all directly connected by buses. It takes a little longer, but it is relatively simple and convenient, and the bus from North Railway Station to Bazhong runs almost every half an hour, which saves you a lot of trouble and gives you more time to enjoy the scenery on the road.
