Scenic spots in Shenzha county
Xainza Nature Reserve
Shenzha Nature Reserve is located near Shenzha County in Naqu area, and was established in 1993. There are 120 kinds of birds living in nature reserves. The reserve is the highest and largest black-necked crane reserve and breeding ground in China.
Shenzha Nature Reserve is located in a vast lake basin with dense lakes in the south of Qiangtang internal flow area, with a water area of 476 square kilometers and a water surface elevation of 4650 meters. Lake water has low salinity, which is suitable for the growth and reproduction of aquatic organisms and waterfowl, especially the swamp meadow beach composed of Artemisia macrophylla distributed in low-lying lake areas, as well as inland rivers such as Baluzangbu and Zhu Yong Zangbu. It is an ideal habitat for black-necked cranes, a national first-class protected animal, and is one of the seven existing black-necked crane reserves in China.
Serincu
Selin Lake is the largest lake in Tibet and the second largest saltwater lake in China. Serincu is a structural lake produced during the formation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and it is also a large deep-water lake with a water depth of more than 30 meters.
Selincho means "devil lake with big light reflection" in Tibetan. The lake is 72 kilometers long from east to west, 22.8 kilometers wide from north to south and 40 kilometers wide from east. As of June, 20 14, Selin Cuo has reached 239 1 km2, 369 km2 more than Namco, making it the second largest saltwater lake in China. The lake is 4530 meters above sea level and the deepest part is over 33 meters. 1985 Selinguo Lake was listed as a Xizang Autonomous Region-level nature reserve, and was promoted to a national nature reserve in 2003.
Cuo 'e Bird Island
Cuo 'e Bird Island is located around Selin Cuo, Naqu Shenzha County. Fiona Fang1.4000 square kilometers wetland is a nature reserve to protect black-necked cranes. Tibetans call the black-necked crane "Zongzong", which means swan. It is the only plateau crane species among 15 known crane species in the world.
Zhari hot spring
Zhari Hot Spring is also called "Zhari Picking Talents" and "Zhari Qucan", which means "Shishan Hot Spring". It is located in Shenzha County, Naqu area, northwest of the county seat. Hot springs have special effects on treating various diseases. There are natural pastures around.
