Tibet is a mysterious place in my mind, where the snowy plateau is fascinating; Medog is one of the most mysterious places in this snowy area. My tourist destination is Medog, also known as Baimagang.

The famous religious classics in Tibet say: "Baimagang, the pure land of Buddha, is the most unique among the holy places." Medog also means hidden lotus, and its mystery and sacredness are fascinating. This summer vacation, I decided to go to Medog. I have saved enough money and packed my luggage. I went to this mysterious snowy plateau by train.

When the train transferred to Linzhi via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, I got off the train and was ecstatic to smell the fresh air. I know Linzhi is a beautiful city, its scenery is no less than Medog's, but its mystery has lost some color because of traffic geography. I stayed in Linzhi for one night and drove to Milin early in the morning. The snow-capped mountains along the way seem to touch your nose, which makes you feel cool and makes you realize the true colors of the mountains. I took an hour's bus to Paixiang, which is the starting point to Medog. I got off the bus with other tourists and walked into a hotel. The owner of the hotel is the local Lopa people, and their diet is their daily diet. Moreover, the boss personally sang a welcome song for us. Although we couldn't understand what he sang, it made our group feel very cordial.

We stayed for a whole morning under the warm hospitality of the people of Barrow. Continue to March in the afternoon, and go through the border pass in jiefang bridge, the Bayi office area. At this time, we feel that we have reached the border of the motherland, a very distant feeling. When crossing the Duoxiongla Snow Mountain, we were thrown to an unprecedented height like clouds in the sky. Below us are the snow-capped mountains and my bottomless grand canyon, which makes people nervous. After crossing the Duoxiongla Snow Mountain, passing through several small towns such as Hanmi, Lage and Beibie, 10 hours later finally arrived in Medog.

When we arrived in Medog, everyone jumped up happily. We seemed to touch the nerves of our motherland and feel all the slight movements here. Medog is located at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by tall snow-capped mountains and dense virgin forests. We seem to have entered a paradise and searched all the way.

After I settled in Medog, I took my camera. Under the arrangement of the tour guide, we came to the most famous Khan waterfall in Medog. White spring water poured down from the snow-capped mountains like a huge hada, hitting the precipice of steep rocks and breaking into beautiful waves. When sprinkled on the dense forest, a thin layer of water vapor was woven over the mountain forest. We seem to have entered a dream, and the trickle is like a blood vessel exploring the depths of the forest. When we heard the sound of spring water, we suddenly woke up like a dream and continued along the rocky path. When crossing the valley ahead, we staggered on the most distinctive rattan bridge in Medog, and some tourists clung to the cable for fear of falling. Taking this road, Medog people have long been accustomed to this kind of adventure. According to legend, the rattan bridge was invented by the ancestors of the Medog people for hunting. It has a long history and has become a proud cultural heritage of the Medog people. Compared with the rattan bridge, the local zip line also plays the role of a bridge. Below is a deep and dangerous canyon, and the rushing water flows by, which makes many tourists feel scared.

The mystery of Medog not only stems from its mysterious natural scenery, but also makes people curious about the local cultural customs. Medog was ruled by Barrow and Memba. Due to the harsh local environment and inconvenient transportation, Medog has little contact with the outside world, which also makes Medog's economic level not high. We are still curious about the custom of Menba people welcoming guests with yellow wine and bananas. Although we don't understand, we can feel their deep enthusiasm.

After living in Medog for three days, we are leaving. I feel everything about Medog, and my curiosity about it has always been the same. On our way back, we changed our route, crossed the Galongla Snow Mountain to Bomi, and finally finished our trip.

I love Medog, I love its mystery, and I am even more proud of this beautiful lotus flower in the frontier of the motherland.
