2. Ancient Baidu Huangfei Tourist Area. Gubaidu Huangfei Tourist Area of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is one of the scenic spots along the Yellow River built according to the national AAAAA standard. The scenic spot is located in Xingyang, a famous historical and cultural city in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, adjacent to the Chinese Mother River, with a planned total area of 19.6 square kilometers.
