What is the new three-year action plan for the construction of tourist toilets in Fujian Province?

In order to implement the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for tourism development and the strategic deployment of "Global Eco-tourism Province" and continuously promote the toilet revolution in Fujian Province, according to the unified deployment of the National Tourism Administration, the Fujian Provincial Tourism Commission recently studied and formulated a new "Three-year Action Plan for the Construction and Management of Tourist Toilets in Fujian Province (20 18-2020)".

According to the action plan, in the next three years, Fujian Province will build 1865 tourist toilets, of which 148 1 will be newly built and 384 will be newly built.

The construction of tourist toilets will focus on A-level scenic spots and rural tourist spots. By the end of 2020, the tourist toilets in all A-level scenic spots and important rural tourist spots in the province will achieve the goal of "sufficient quantity, clean and tasteless, practical and free, and effective management". All tourist toilets in scenic spots above 3A level will meet the standards of Classification and Evaluation of Tourist Toilets Quality revised by the National Tourism Administration, and all scenic spots above 4A level and important tourist spots will be equipped with third toilets to provide more convenience and humanization for tourists.
