It is recommended to go to the counter to confirm whether it can be handled, and there is no handling fee for foreign exchange purchase.

Tips:

1. Only when the valid account opening certificate is an ID card (excluding temporary id card) can you handle it through mobile banking.

2. the amount of foreign exchange settlement and sale per person per year is equivalent to USD 5, (inclusive).

If the converted foreign currency is to be withdrawn, it is recommended to choose cash when purchasing foreign exchange. In addition, you need to confirm with the outlets whether withdrawal in this currency is supported before purchasing foreign exchange.
