Lion Pass Scenic Area is located in Xuanen County, Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province.

The scenic spot is 0/3km away from Xuanen County/kloc-. It is one of the three major passes in Xuanen ancient times and one of the ancient fairs in Xuanen. The lion's mouth is the intersection of a 9.6-kilometer-long dry canyon, a water canyon and the Grand Canyon Three Gorges. The mountains here are magnificent, with five stone mountains, large and small, and the mountains are jagged. Two of them, like lions, guard the main road leading to Changtan River, hence the name Lion Pass.
