Why should the eastern, central and western parts of China adopt different tourism resources development models?

the development mode of tourism resources in the eastern, central and western regions: the difference of regional background leads to the difference of tourism resources in the eastern, western and central regions. According to their own location, background, social conditions and economic conditions, the development models of tourism resources in the three regions are not the same.

However, under different modes, there are internal relations and consistency in the development of tourism resources in the three regions.
