When it is described as land transfer or land termination date, it means that the property is land transfer. If the description is for sale, allocation or blank, and there is no land termination date, it means that the property is allocated. Allocated land: refers to the land use right allocated by the state administration when the land is used for building houses. Every transaction of allocated land needs to pay land income to the land department, also called land transfer fee. Correspondingly, it is the land to be sold. The land to be sold means that the land transfer fee has been paid to the Bureau of Land and Resources when the house is built. Generally speaking, the land to be sold has a termination period of 50-70 years.
