The construction site of Zall Scenic Area is located in Babao Town, Qilian County, Qinghai Province, close to Babao River and across the river from Amidongsuo (Niuxinshan), the holy mountain in Tibetan areas. Zhuo'er Mountain belongs to Danxia landform and consists of red sandstone and conglomerate. Tibetan is called "Zongmu Mayuma", which means the beautiful and ruddy queen.
