Brief introduction of Kashgar

Kashgar, which belongs to Kashgar region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest edge of Xinjiang, the west of Tarim Basin, the east of Taklimakan Desert, the south of Karakorum Mountain and Ali region in Tibet, and the west of Pamir Plateau. It is the westernmost border city of China, and also the residence of the administrative office in Kashgar. Kashgar has a long history, with a recorded history of over 265,438+000 years.
