Lü Bu (? - February 7, 199), named Fengxian, Han nationality, a famous general in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, one of the heroes in the late Han Dynasty, Jiuyuan, Wuyuan County County native (now Jiuyuan District, Baotou, Inner Mongolia). He served as a general under Ding Yuan and Dong Zhuo, and also served for Yuan Shao. Later, he occupied Xuzhou and became a force of his own. In December of the third year of Jian'an (February 7, 199), he was defeated and executed by Cao Cao in Xiapi.
