Macao Individual Travel Visa Application Guide

Processing Conditions

Permanent residents of the city where individual travel business to Hong Kong and Macao are established, or those who meet the conditions specified by the National Immigration Administration Non-regular residents who apply for individual travel to Hong Kong or Macau.

Processing materials

1. Fill in the "Application Form for Entry and Exit Documents for Chinese Citizens";

2. Valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao (except those who apply for a travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time) );

3. Application materials related to the application reason.

Mainland residents who apply for visas for travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao in the place of non-permanent residence in accordance with the relevant regulations of the National Immigration Administration must also submit proof that they meet the application conditions in the place of non-permanent residence. Military personnel and registered state workers should submit a letter of approval for entry and exit documents issued by their unit or superior supervisory unit in accordance with the personnel management authority. Mainland residents in areas where on-demand passport application is not implemented must also provide relevant certification materials in accordance with relevant regulations.

Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time do not need to submit relevant materials repeatedly.

Process

(1) The applicant submits application materials to the exit and entry management department of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the National Immigration Administration and collects fingerprint information in accordance with regulations;

(2) The acceptance agency will issue an "Application Acceptance Receipt" to the applicant if the application materials are complete and in legal form and meet the application conditions; if the application materials are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, the applicant will be notified once All content that needs to be supplemented and corrected; applications that do not fall within the scope of the department’s responsibilities or do not meet the acceptance requirements will not be accepted and the reasons will be explained to the applicant.

(3) The examination and approval agency shall conduct the review and make a decision of approval or disapproval. If the application is disapproved, the examination and approval agency shall issue a "Decision of Disapproval" to the applicant.

(4) The applicant collects the certificate.
