Tibet Shannan Lozalap Hot Spring Guide;

One day, When I was sitting in a daze at the entrance of Jokhang Temple, a Buddhist monk named Xianxing sat next to me. When chatting with him, he said that he had been the leader of the Shannan Line and had many Buddhist niches.

The beauty, fragrance and Lapu Hot Spring, the most beautiful and best in Tibet, made my eyes shine. Because I felt so good when I soaked in the hot springs in Kangding, I wanted to soak in the hot springs for a long time. Unexpectedly, everything was arranged for the best, and I went to Lapu Hot Spring with such guidance and fate.

I decided on this mountaineering trip instantly.

Departing from Lhasa on September 7, the first stop is Samye Monastery and Qingpu. Entrusted by Xianxing, Xianxing helped him bring the gas tank and gas stove to the master practicing on Qingpu Mountain.

So when we arrived in Qingpu, we were busy handing the information to Master.

In the early morning of September 8, I went to climb Qingpu Mountain, where Master Padmasambhava spent six years in retreat. Many monks practice here, surrounded by mountains and rivers.

I feel like even the sheep on the mountain are full of spirituality. When we arrived at Master Cave, a sheep came and played with us for a long time. Really interesting.

After visiting the colorful and fragrant Colorful Colorful Temple, I wanted to go to Lapu Hot Spring. I didn’t expect the mountain road to be so difficult. There is a section of the road on the edge of a cliff, which is bumpy all the way. The driver said he had to stop and calm down after driving for a while. Attention friends. To go to Lapu, you still need to drive an off-road vehicle. The road condition of the car is really difficult to drive.

Finally arrived at Lapu Hot Spring near the border with Bhutan. It is said that Master Lotus and Peanut scattered 108 beads and turned them into 108 springs, claiming to cure all diseases. Many Tibetans soak in hot springs for five, seven, or fifteen days in a row, or even for half a year. It's amazing!

The rushing river next to the hot spring

The hot spring surrounded by green water

On the afternoon of the 9th, I was probably tired from driving all the way. It only took me just over an hour to get out. A Tibetan elder brother asked me to go to Tala Shenquan to cleanse first, and then go to the liver and kidney area, bone and joint area and other hot springs to treat stomach problems. I went through the four pools one by one in this order. My skin felt a little itchy, but it disappeared the next day. The hot spring is really comfortable.

What I want to express most is what happened the next day.

On the morning of the 10th, while having breakfast, I met a Tibetan girl in Luozha County. She was a junior student at Nanjing University of Technology and went to a hot spring with her father. She said that the seven days in the Tibetan calendar are the best days to soak in hot springs, and these two days are the best days in the seven days. When I heard this, I got excited. I was so lucky to be so eager to soak in the hot springs, but God had arranged the best days and the best hot springs to enjoy this moment. I'm so grateful.

After breakfast, I went to the hot springs with my swimsuit in my arms. There were not many people at 9 o'clock, and I was alone in a large outdoor swimming pool. Next to it is the roaring river, surrounded by green water, and the slight morning sun shines on you. That wonderful feeling is really unforgettable. At that moment, I suddenly felt that people say that the water in Lapu Hot Spring is "divine water", but what I feel is the "water god", which is the infinite love and power of nature. We are always looking for God, or Buddha, or the infinite creator of the universe, and now I feel like I am in this water. It is the universe that gives us the grace of unconditional love, and the water in Lapu Hot Spring is so pure and full of grace that it is no surprise that it can cure all diseases because it is filled with unconditional love from the universe.

With this awareness and realization of consciousness, when I went to the next pool to treat joints and nervous system, I met about six or seven fellow Tibetans. An aunt of mine asked me where I felt uncomfortable. I said my cervical spine was a little painful, so she massaged my cervical spine with her hands and asked me to take a bath in a hot spring. Auntie's hands are like mother's hands and Bodhisattva's hands. She was so touching and warm when she massaged me. I prayed silently in the pool, hoping that everyone who comes to the hot spring will be blessed by Buddha, and that everyone in the world will be healthy. The pool slowly calmed down, everyone stopped talking and started chanting and praying. The beautiful swimming pool is peaceful and quiet.

Then we went to the next bile pool. My Tibetan grandma asked me to drink the hot spring water from the small pool next to me and soak in the hot spring water from the big pool. I was the only Han Chinese, and they all smiled at me and told me that I could rub it against the big rocks by the pool according to custom, and the effect would be better. Haha, when I was holding the stone, my grandma and grandma poured water on me and said it was a blessing. I fell asleep happily holding the stone. After soaking for almost half an hour, my body began to react, vomiting acidic water and running to the toilet to have diarrhea. Haha, they are still laughing at me jumping up and down, telling me whether this is a good thing or not.

Then we went to several swimming pools. Everyone at the pool is friendly. Throughout the morning, a smile and a greeting were incorporated into these beauties.

After lunch break and lunch. The driver brother and I started to worry about the car because we didn’t think much about it when we went down the mountain yesterday. I drove to a steep downhill parking lot near the hot springs, but couldn't get up. Originally, I wanted to find a forklift to pull it up, but a Tibetan brother came to me and said that just find a few people to push it up. Originally there were only three or four older brothers helping to push the cart, but later more than 10 Tibetan older brothers came spontaneously and pushed the cart up in one go. I was at the foot of the mountain, looking at those honest and enthusiastic Tibetan brothers, and I was moved to tears. Because my phone was out of battery, I couldn't record this precious and unforgettable scene.

Perhaps because of the emotion I felt all morning, I ran to the beach by the river, sat on it, and shed tears. I have received so many favors along the way. Words cannot describe my feelings and happiness. The more I cry, the more I want to cry. Those things that I had been wronged and troubled by in the past seemed to have flowed away with the river water and tears. Cry, cry, I don’t know how long I cried. I cried until the end, and I felt very happy and lucky. I was grateful to my parents who gave me birth and raised me, and allowed me to walk this earth. I am grateful to everyone I meet in life for their help and care, which makes me realize the kindness and beauty of human nature; I am grateful for the supreme love and power in this universe, which makes me wake up, cherish and be grateful for everything in life. everything.

Crying as if there were no tears left, I stayed by the river for a while, and then I went to the hot spring again. Haha, it took about two hours to get back to Loza County.

On the way back to Lhasa, I passed by Yanghu Lake and Puma Yumco and looked at the sapphire-like sacred lake on the plateau. It’s so beautiful. No wonder Tibetans have such awe and respect for the lake and water. Every flower, grass, water, and mountain in nature is full of the deep love of Mother Earth and the universe.
