1. Recruitment Scope and Procedures

The scope of this open recruitment is divided into the whole country and the whole province. Open recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of releasing recruitment information, registration and online qualification review, written examination, on-site qualification review, interview, physical examination, assessment, public announcement, and employment procedures.

2. Registration method, time and location

The registration for this recruitment is carried out through online registration, online qualification review, online payment and online download and printing of admission tickets. 2. Candidates who apply for the "Examination Recruitment" position will take the written examination organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The content of the written examination includes basic knowledge of public affairs (accounting for 20% of the written examination score), vocational ability test (accounting for 20% of the written examination score) and professional subjects (accounting for 60% of the written examination score). The written test and interview scores account for 70% and 30% of the total score respectively. Those who enter the interview will be determined based on their scores in the written test in a ratio of 1:3 for the recruitment position. During the interviews, interviews for teachers, medical staff and professional positions in some units will be organized by the employer and the competent department. Interviews for other positions will be organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. 3. 4. Other matters

1. Bonus points conditions. According to relevant policies, ethnic minority candidates who apply for minority affairs positions, college retired soldiers who apply for professional and technical positions, "college student village officials" who have served for two years and passed the assessment, volunteers from the western region (including the Qingnan Plan), and "three For grassroots service project personnel such as "support one support", special teachers, and education and health trainee programs (limited to trainee positions in schools, health centers, and community medical and health institutions at township level and below), 5 points will be added to the total score of the written examination. 3. For positions that require “Tibetan-Chinese bilingualism” among the qualifications, questions must be answered in Chinese during the unified written examination. 4. The total scores will be processed in parallel.

If the total test scores are tied, they will be determined first according to the priority conditions in the recruitment conditions; if the priority conditions cannot be determined, they will be determined according to the written test scores. 5. Time determination of household registration and age. Candidates who meet the household registration requirements of our province should settle in our province before December 31, 2013.
