In order to implement the important decisions made by the Party committees and governments at higher levels, the collective land expropriation, house demolition and compensation and resettlement work within the land requisition scope of the S 103 Ji-Zao line tourist highway project (Zhonggong street section) in the southern mountainous area is now started. The specific policies are as follows:

I. Land compensation

The compensation standard for agricultural land is 90,000 yuan/mu, collective construction land is 90,000 yuan/mu, and unused land is 72,000 yuan/mu.

(1) The compensation for the above-ground objects of agricultural land adopts the lump sum method, and the lump sum price is 50,000 yuan/mu. The compensation scope includes the above-ground and underground attachments (bridges, pipelines, culverts, etc.). ) and young crops, excluding graves, power communication lines, nursing homes, etc.

(2) The above-ground objects of the construction land outside the hospital are compensated by lump sum method, with a lump sum price of 50,000 yuan/mu, and the compensation scope includes the above-ground objects and underground appendages (trees, roads, pipelines, poles, street lamps, drainage ditches, etc.). ).

(3) compensation for moving graves. Each tomb 1.800 yuan, including all expenses such as relocation and materials. The standard of bone recovery can be raised appropriately according to the situation. Double coffins can raise the compensation standard according to the situation. In principle, the highest compensation standard does not exceed that of 900 yuan. Third, compensation for residential housing.

The identification standard and area shall be subject to the data confirmed by household survey. No compensation will be given for illegal buildings and additions after freezing.

(2) For residential houses without real estate license, compensation shall be made according to the measured area and the standard stipulated in Document No.383, and the compensation area shall not exceed 260 square meters. According to the time when the agreement is signed, the relocation subsidy fee shall be given according to different structural forms. For this part of the area signed before July 28th, 55% of the demolition assistance fee will be given according to the standard stipulated in Document No.383; For this part of the area signed before July 3 1, 30% of the relocation assistance fee will be given according to the standard stipulated in Document No.383, and the helpless relocation fee will be signed after July 3 1.

Fourth, compensation for non-residential housing.

(1) Non-residential houses with legal procedures shall be compensated according to the data confirmed by household surveys and the standards stipulated in Document No.383.

(2) Non-residential houses without formalities shall be compensated according to 80% of the data confirmed by household surveys and the standards stipulated in Document No.383 after being examined and confirmed by the subdistrict office.

The moving cost and transition cost of intransitive verbs.

(1) The moving expenses shall be calculated according to the legal construction area of the house to be expropriated, and according to the load-bearing area if there is real estate license, and the maximum without real estate license shall not exceed 260 square meters. 30 yuan per square meter of residential housing, the total amount is less than 2000 yuan, calculated at 2000 yuan. Pay the moving fee twice in one lump sum.

(two) during the transition period, the monthly temporary transition fee is calculated according to the legal construction area of the expropriated residential house per square meter per household in 30 yuan. If the monthly total amount is less than 1.500 yuan, it shall be calculated as per household 1.500 yuan.

The transition period of demolition is 36 months, and the transition fee is calculated on a monthly basis from the date of signing the compensation agreement for demolition and resettlement, and paid after the original house demolition is accepted.

Involving public facilities or public housing, enterprise housing and other houses, compensation will be made according to the compensation standard of Document No.383, and there is no transitional resettlement fee.

Seven, the demolition incentive fee

(a) incentive fees for residential demolition.

1. Signing reward: 300 yuan/m2 will be awarded before July 28th; 200 yuan/m2 for signing the agreement before July 29th; If the agreement is signed before July 3 1, the reward will be 100 yuan/square meter. Award area certified housing (real estate license) is calculated and issued according to the area contained in the certificate; Unlicensed houses are issued according to the measured area, with a maximum of 260m2. If the agreement is not signed within the time limit, no reward will be given.

2. Vacancy reward: 30,000 yuan will be awarded to each household for the courtyard that has been demolished before August 25th; The courtyard demolished before August 28 will be given a vacant reward of 20,000 yuan for each building; Every courtyard that has been demolished before August 3 1 will be given a vacant reward of 1 ten thousand yuan; Fails to complete the demolition, no reward.

(2) Non-residential relocation and incentive fee.

1. Relocation and relocation reward: after the relocation and relocation is completed before August 3 1, 20% of the total compensation for buildings (structures) will be given relocation and relocation compensation reward; If it is not cleared within the time limit, it will not be rewarded.

2.
