What do you need to prepare to go to Tibet by bike?

Try to be as simple as possible. Carrying too many things will become a burden if you don’t need them. You should start from “fine” to “simple”.

1. Daily necessities, toiletries, clothes, gloves, hats, scarves and other items you will never forget, luggage bag (the backpack should not be too big, put most things on the frame).

2. Communication tools. I hope you have a good mobile phone, bring extra batteries, pay enough for your phone bill, and be careful to save electricity and money on the road.

3. Camping equipment, don’t think too wildly. There are quite a lot of interesting villages and towns along the way. There are cars passing by all night long. Where are the wolves? It’s better to bring a single tent just in case. , sleeping bag or sleeping bag replacement, moisture-proof mat (you can also use plastic sheet instead), flashlight, fire-making tools (bring two more lighters).

4. Food, bring a 2L or more water bottle. If you are not sure that you will be able to replenish food quickly on the road, bring no less than one day's worth of food and water, and more than two days' worth of supplies. It's just a waste of energy.

5. Bicycle maintenance tools, including a pump, two wrenches, a set of tire repair tools, and a knife (not necessarily for repairing the car). If you are not sure that you can repair it, forget it. If you break down, just wave at the roadside. The drivers along the way are very nice. Make sure to adjust the car to the best condition before leaving.

6. Route, choose a national highway, and then go all the way along the national highway. Don’t deviate too much in the middle, you will definitely not go the wrong way;

7. Be sure to pay attention to safety, and keep it safe when driving. Pay attention, don't ride when you're hungry, and don't look down at the road for a long time.
