Lizhai Tourist Scenic Area is located in Lizhai Township, southwest of Zezhou County, Shanxi Province, 26 kilometers away from the urban area. Lizhai Township borders Yangcheng County to the west, and is adjacent to the four townships of Nancun, Nanling, Zhoucun and Chuandi to the east, south and north respectively. The township has 25 administrative villages, 67 natural villages, more than 13,000 people, and a land area of ??81 square kilometers.
