How do couples plan their route to Tibet?

I will go to Tibet once in my life, and I am no exception. I went to Tibet with my friends when I was free two years ago. I share a route guide with you according to my own experience and experience, hoping to help you ~

The next day: Lhasa → Basongcuo

According to my experience, I think there are two places worth visiting.

You must punch in scenic spots 1 and Potala Palace along the way.

Potala Palace is located on Maburi Mountain in the northwest of Lhasa, the capital of Xizang Autonomous Region, China. It is a palace-style building complex. It was originally built by Zapusong Zagambo of the Tubo Dynasty to marry Princess Wencheng. /kloc-After the reconstruction in the 0/7th century, it became the residence of the Dalai Lama's winter palace and the ruling center of the integration of politics and religion in Tibet.

? That lake

There is a temple, white pagoda, prayer wheel and observation deck in the middle of the lake.

? Grand Chera observation deck

This is the best place to take pictures of Ba Songcuo and the island in the middle of the lake, where the photos of Ba Songcuo were taken.

? Scenic area hall

Before entering the island in the middle of the lake, you must pass through the lobby of the scenic spot. There is a coffee shop where you can punch in and take pictures. The lake and forest are outside the floor-to-ceiling window.

? Xincuo

The scenery is really beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Be sure to have a look.

? pay attention to

There are cruise projects in Basongcuo, but it is not recommended to visit the lake. The lake is sacred in the hearts of Tibetans, and there are basically no cruise projects in other parts of Tibet.

According to my experience of going to Basongcuo twice, I suggest that the best travel time is spring and autumn. Summer is the rainy season in Linzhi. Of course, the rainy season also has the beauty of the rainy season, foggy as a fairyland. But similar scenery in other places is not outstanding. It is suggested that you can see snow-capped mountains, forests and lakes in spring and autumn.

Recommended reason

Basongcuo means "green water", which is somewhat inconspicuous on the plateau of "one move after another". But on the way to Linzhi, it seems to be a lost pearl. It is difficult for you to see such a lake in other parts of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. On the plateau at an altitude of 3480 meters, snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests, blue sky and white clouds blend into one, hitting your eyes directly.

Traveling to Tibet is prone to high opposition, so we must pay attention to it!

Preventive measures for high reaction:

Adequate sleep can better adapt to the plateau environment and prevent high reaction.

Climb slowly, try to use cars, trains, etc. In order to enter the plateau area and avoid the body suddenly entering the anoxic environment.

Mild plateau remission?

Hydration: Drink 2-3 liters of water every day to dilute blood concentration and relieve altitude sickness.

Correct diet: Eat more carbohydrate liquid foods, such as rice porridge and oatmeal, avoid a lot of salt intake, supplement protein, such as beef and chicken, and ensure the heat supply in plateau environment.

Appropriate oxygen inhalation: oxygen inhalation can quickly relieve hyperreflexia, and excessive oxygen inhalation will produce dependence, which is not conducive to altitude adaptation, but fundamentally overcoming hyperreflexia still requires the human body to adapt to altitude.

Rhodiola can be taken one week in advance to enhance the oxygen tolerance of human body at high altitude.

Travel tips:

Have a good attitude, relax and avoid excessive emotional fluctuations. Walking? ♀? Slow down, talk as little as possible for the first two days, and don't sleep after passing through high altitude areas.

High-speed railway station, Tibet and other places with military police, as well as Tibetan folk customs, can't take pictures? !

Tibet is a very religious and safe area, so we must respect the local folk customs.
