Samara is located in Nicoya Peninsula, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Is this an ideal beach resort?
Due to the geographical location, crossing the reborn Nicoya Peninsula may be a long and difficult journey. However, many tourists don't mind waiting, especially if it means releasing pressure in remote coastal towns in the south, such as Samara. The city is located in a bay. It's so small that I can walk around without a car. Everything is within walking distance from banks, hotel restaurants, nightclubs, restaurants and travel company offices. Every day there is a bus from San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, to Beijing.
The true beauty of Samaria naturally depends on its white sand beaches. This 7-kilometer-wide spectacular broadband complements lush forests and towering cliffs as an environment. There are many restaurants and hotels on a road directly opposite the bay. However, the origins of these companies are more local, not chain enterprises under the large and medium-sized group companies. So Samara has always maintained an unrestrained and modest atmosphere.
The water near the coast is shallow. But most of the time, the beach will also produce enough seawater suitable for swimming. After enjoying a refreshing trip to the deep sea, you can relax in the beach rest area and nightclub there. This nightclub and rest area is characterized by reggae songs, soft sandy wooden floors and relaxed bohemian atmosphere. The best moment of Samara Beach is sunset. The sunset here must be spectacular and dramatic. So make sure your camera is fully charged and get ready for this unforgettable moment.
Don't worry, Samara has other themed activities to keep you busy. If you don't like lying on the beach all day (which is really good), you can canoe, swim, row a boat and even try to stand up and water ski. Like other Costa Rican villages near the Pacific Ocean, sport fishing is also an increasingly popular activity. Some of the prey taken away include marlin, bluefin tuna, swordfish and mackerel.
In the Cangjiang area at the northernmost tip of Samara Bay, diving is very good because there is a circle of coral here. To the south of such a reef, there is an island called IslaChora, which covers an area of 5 hectares and has been declared as a wildlife reserve. When you come to inland areas, you also have the opportunity to travel in the forest, ride horses, ride bicycles and trunk. There are not many low-cost hotel accommodations in Samara, but you can find better hotel restaurants at affordable prices. You can also choose to live with a Costa Rican family.
Knowing a new language may not be the first thing when we are on holiday in a super lovely Costa Rican beach resort. But if you want to seize the opportunity and communicate with local people more, then go to the convenient Samara language school by the sea to study and train Spanish and culture courses.
