Zhuozhou’s geographical location
Zhuozhou is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province.
Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province is located in the central part of Hebei Province, north of Baoding City, with 115°44′-116°15′ east longitude and 39°21′-39°36′ north latitude. It is adjacent to Laishui County in the west and Laishui County in the south. Gaobeidian City borders Gu'an County to the east, Daxing District and Fangshan District of Beijing to the northeast and north. The horizontal distance from east to west is 36.5 kilometers, and the vertical distance from north to south is 25.5 kilometers. The total area is 742.5 square kilometers and the population is 594,000. The straight-line distance between Zhuozhou City and Tiananmen Square in Beijing is only 62 kilometers.
Zhuozhou has a long history, outstanding people, developed economy, splendid culture and numerous historical sites. Because of its unique geographical location and rich historical and cultural resources, it is known as "the best state in the world". Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty wrote in his own writing: "The sun is rushing to an unparalleled place, the most troubled state in the world."

1. Zhuozhou Sanyi Palace
Located in Lousangmiao Village, Songlindian Town, Zhuozhou City—it is the historical palace of Liu Bei, Guan Yu, The hometown of Zhang Fei and his three brothers in Taoyuan. Every year on March 23 of the lunar calendar, it is the birthday of Liu Bei, Emperor Zhaolie of the Han Dynasty. People from all over the world gather here to hold grand sacrificial activities. At the end of 2011, it was rated as an AAA-level scenic spot by the Hebei Provincial Tourism Bureau.
2. Zhuozhou Yongji Bridge
The bridge was built in the second year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1574 AD) and was named "Juma River Bridge". It is the only thoroughfare of the eight provinces and the strategic point of the ancient royal road. It is also the location of the great beauty of the south of Beijing. It is large in scale and beautiful in shape, and looks like a rainbow spanning both sides of the Taiwan Strait from a distance. Therefore, it is known as one of the eight scenic spots in Zhuozhou and has the reputation of "rejecting horses and changing the rainbow".
