Where is the special effect of shear transition?

1. Open the phone desktop and click the cut icon.

2. After opening the clip, click the option to start creating or re-creating the draft.

3. Enter the video production interface and click the white button at the video.

4. In the pop-up menu, click the "Special Effect Transition" option.

5. Click to display the list of transition effects, and click to use.
