What is there to go to Western Sahara? Diet, culture, weather

I only found a short article about my trip to Western Sahara. ....

The Sahara Desert is located in the south of Tripoli, the capital of Libya. There is a city in Libya in the hinterland of the Sahara desert, which is also our halfway camp, Sabaha. Our final destination this time is a lake in the Sahara desert, named Gaboron Lake.

10.24 set off from Tripoli at 2: 30 pm. We bargained with Arab drivers for more than half an hour because we rented a mini-bar. Finally, we agreed to take us to Shabaha with 600 Li Di. 18 and his party officially set off. Out of the city, into the mountains. They are all bare mountains, and nothing grows, but there are still clumps of low plants on the roadside. Bypassing the Panshan Highway, I slowly drove to the top of the mountain and looked back at the towns and cities behind me. Very beautiful. About 800 highway goes to Sabaha, passes through mountains, Gobi and desert, and then enters the oasis city of Sabaha.

I didn't see any roadside scenery when I went, because the sun had set at 7 pm. When I passed the Gobi Desert, the sun slowly set towards the horizon, and the horizon was red. There are no clouds in the sky, just a few golden clouds reflected near the sun on the horizon. Everyone picked up the camera to take a snapshot. The sun slowly sank on the horizon, and finally it seemed to be pulled by someone, fell below the horizon, and slowly became dark.

There were few people on the way here. Basically, a small town will appear after running one or two hundred highways. The driver began to be busy refueling, and everyone got off to stretch their muscles. I didn't fall asleep on the road, just looking at the dark night and the lights shining on the straight expressway. I didn't arrive in Sabha until 12: 30 in the evening. The journey on the road took about 10 hours. Because the hotel has been booked, everyone is busy moving things to the room and getting off to have a rest. The most depressing thing is that there is no hot water in this hotel. I can't take a bath, so I can only wash my face and sleep.

At half past nine in the morning, everyone gathered in the lobby of the hotel. You need four-wheel drive to get into the desert, so you rented five more cars, a pickup truck and four off-road vehicles. Cross-country can do four people, and pickup trucks carry the food that everyone eats in the desert, and prepare the sheep barbecue. Food like water. Everybody get on the bus separately. Now it's time to go to our destination, Lake Gaborone.
