The Significance of Tourism English Expo to Students

Exercise the initiative and expressive ability of oral English. According to relevant public information, on April 8, 2023, the "2023 English Tourism Expo" hosted by Foreign Languages Institute and hosted by College Students' Teachers College was successfully held in the lobby on the first floor of Foreign Languages Institute. In each issue, five groups of 19 excellent students introduced Beijing, Kaifeng, Xi, Nanjing and Kunming to the audience in fluent English, covering the development history, traditional customs, special food and tourist attractions of each city. In this process, the speaker is full of energy and standardized pronunciation, and the audience listens to the sharing of each report group in turn and actively asks questions and exchanges.
