Zhang Ligang, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Zhang Ligang founded Aikang.com in 2004 and led the merger with Guobin Health Checkup in 2007. Mr. Zhang received rigorous education at Fudan University, Columbia University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School and is an advocate and pioneer of health management services in China. In the tourism industry, eLong.com, founded by Mr. Zhang, changed the pattern of China's tourism service industry, thereby providing a new business travel service model for millions of members, and was successfully listed on NASDAQ in the United States. In the media field, the "Harvard China Review" founded by Mr. Zhang has become Harvard University's unofficial Sino-US business summit. Mr. Zhang has successively served as Chairman of the Harvard Medical School Graduate Student Association, President and Publisher of the Harvard China Review, Product Director of Sohu, and CEO of eLong.com. Mr. Zhang also serves as a member of the Harvard Graduate School Alumni Association Council, vice president of the Harvard Beijing Alumni Association, and a member of the Beijing Youth Federation, among other social positions.

Huang Feiyan, Chief Marketing Officer of the Group

Before joining iKang Guobin, Ms. Huang Feiyan had more than 10 years of experience in eLong.com, Johnson & Johnson, IBM (Informix) and IDG. marketing and sales experience. As one of the outstanding women in China's interactive marketing and consumer service industry, Ms. Huang Feiyan has a profound understanding of consumer needs, which plays a forward-looking role in the development strategy of Aikang Guobin membership service. At eLong.com, Ms. Huang served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for 5 years since its establishment. Ms. Huang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and studied at Mount Holyoke Women's College and Boston University School of Business Administration in the United States.

Zhou Yafang, senior vice president of the group

Ms. Zhou Yafang founded Shanghai Guobin Medical Center in 2000 and served as the president and general manager. She also served as vice president of Shanghai Guobin Medical Holding Group. He pioneered the health examination business model and is one of the founders of China's health management industry. Before founding Guobin, Ms. Zhou founded Shanghai International Peace Xinfeng Physical Examination and Health Care Co., Ltd. to introduce foreign-related medical services to Shanghai. Ms. Zhou studied at Tsinghua University and worked in the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau.

Hui Yunming, Group Vice President and Shanghai Regional General Manager

Mr. Hui Yunming brings more than 25 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical and health service industries to Aikang Guobin , previously served as Vice President of Shanghai Aikang East China District, CEO and Director of Shanghai Medical Aid Network, Deputy General Manager of Health Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. (Eagle Brand Ginseng), Secretary of the Youth League Branch of Shanghai No. 1 Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Party Secretary Branch secretary and workshop director. Mr. Hui graduated from the Department of Economics and Management of Donghua University in Shanghai and is an economist.

Huang Ning, senior consultant

Mr. Huang Ning was the president of Shanghai Guobin Medical Holding Group. He previously founded Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital and served as the executive general manager of Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital. The hospital is one of the two leading cardiology hospitals in China. Mr. Huang once served as the executive director of the Wuhan Branch of the Chinese Hospital Management Society, a representative of the Wuhan Municipal People's Congress, a member of the Science, Education, Culture and Health Committee, and the deputy director of the Wuhan Municipal Committee Medical and Health Committee of the Jiusan Society. Mr. Huang graduated from the Medical College of Jianghan University in Wuhan, studied at the Business School of Wuhan University, and received an MBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Professor Thomas Robert, Chief Scientific Advisor

Professor Robert serves as the director of the Department of Cancer Biology at Dana Faber Cancer Hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School and serves as the Cancer Biologist at Novartis Chief Advisor to the Treatment Committee and former Dean of the Graduate School of Harvard Medical School. Professor Robert received a doctorate from Harvard University and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University.
