Are Daqin Evernight City the same as Daqin Civilization Park?

Not the same.

1. The addresses are different. Daqin Evernight City is located at the foot of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Yanta District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. Daqin Civilization Park is located east of the Qinhan New City Management Committee on Lanchi Avenue, Qinhan New City, Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province.

2. The building composition is different. Daqin Civilization Park is composed of Qin Civilization Square, Qin Museum, and Qin Xianyang City National Heritage Park. Daqin Evernight City is composed of four groups of cultural and artistic buildings: Xi'an Grand Theater, Xi'an Concert Hall, Qujiang Art Museum and Qujiang Pacific Cinema.
