These are the reasons that the company can't solve, but human nature makes it understandable. The company can't say to leave your parents here to work. Put the blame on personal reasons, never put the blame on the company.
Pushing to the company can easily arouse the contradiction between you and the company, and indirectly admit your incompetence.
