How to leave with dignity and grace when you leave?

The reason for leaving your job must be sufficient. Don't find a subjective reason, even the reason for being angry with the company.

One of my good sisters used to work in a travel company. This sister has a strong working ability and is developing well.

However, in the job of tourism, we have to deal with all kinds of unreasonable complaints from tourists all day long, and we often have to deal with complaints from tourists in the middle of the night.

She didn't last three years and wanted to leave her job, so she submitted her resignation on the grounds that she was too stressed to do it.

Later, her resignation really didn't go well. The manager replied directly: You said that the work pressure is high, so many people in the company are doing the same job, and others didn't say that the work pressure is high. Are you under pressure?

In the eyes of the manager, she not only found an improper excuse for leaving her job, but also admitted that she was a workplace person who could not bear the pressure. Neither side please.

So when you leave your job, don't give some reasons why you are angry with the company and don't like your job, such as the pressure from your company, for example, I can't learn anything from your company, for example, your company's corporate culture is not good, for example, the company's interpersonal relationship is complicated and so on.

These are all reasons for not liking the company.

Will it make other colleagues or bosses feel that you look down on other people's companies, which will inevitably lead to contradictions?

Then how do you mention it?

For example, there are elderly people at home who need to take care of them and go to other cities for development.

For example, if a husband and wife change jobs, in order to maintain a good family and take care of children.

For example, there are some plans and changes in personal career.

These are the reasons that the company can't solve, but human nature makes it understandable. The company can't say to leave your parents here to work. The company can't say that your husband has been transferred to another city, so you work in this city. The company can't say that you don't take care of the children and just work here or something.

Put the blame on personal reasons, never put the blame on the company.

Pushing to the company can easily arouse the contradiction between you and the company, and indirectly admit your incompetence.
