If you have a partner, travel with the opposite sex and live together, even if nothing happens, you are still wearing a green hat on your lover's head, which is a blasphemy to your feelings and a disrespect to your partner. Of course, living together also has advantages, saving money and ensuring safety, but these two points can be solved in other ways.
