Traffic Control Information of Xuanyuan Cultural Tourism Festival

4. During the activity, it is forbidden to bring the following items into the activity site: inflammable and explosive articles, guns and ammunition, controlled knives and dangerous chemicals; Liquid articles, various umbrellas, lighters, matches, large dogs, pets, etc. In order to prevent accidents, please don't lead children under 1.2 meters into the stadium.

5. During the activity, no unit or individual is allowed to fly unmanned aerial vehicles, powered paragliders, kites, lanterns, etc. in and around Xuanyuan Square and Xuanyuan Lake Park without the permission of the public security organ. Once it is found that it is used without the permission of the public security organ, the public security organ will confiscate it according to law and deal with it strictly.

6. During the activity, the public security organs will control the relevant road sections. During the control period, all kinds of vehicles and personnel should obey the command of the police on duty. At the same time, residents around the control area should arrange their travel plans in advance.

2. Control area: the intersection of Wang Feng Road on Xuanyuan Avenue-the whole section of Wenquan Avenue; Wang Feng Road, Yongqing Road, Wenchang Road, Hong Kong Road and Tianhe Road.

(3) Traffic control measures: During the control period, all vehicles are not allowed to enter the control area (except vehicles participating in activities, bus lines in the control area are adjusted, bypassed or the traffic of adjacent roads is suspended. From June 28 to 30, 2008, from 6: 00 to 22: 00 every day, large trucks were prohibited from passing around Xuanyuan Square and Guo Chong Square and urban roads. From June 29th to June 30th, 2008, all motor vehicles are prohibited from parking in the controlled area (including the planning of Xuanyuan Square Ring Road and the temporary parking spaces above the kerbs). Those who violate the notice will be given a penalty of 3 points for 200 yuan according to the second paragraph of Article 93 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and all motor vehicles without drivers will be towed away.

(4) Bypass: During the opening ceremony of Xuanyuan Cultural Tourism Festival in Qingshui County on June 29th, 2008, vehicles bypassed Wenchang Road, Yongsheng Road, Guo Chong Road, Wang Feng Road, Yongqing Road and Yongtai Road. On June 30th, 2008, during the National Walking Conference, Gansu Qingshui Station and the third "Tianhe Spring Wine Xuanyuan Cup" national walking activity, vehicles bypassed Wentong Highway, Yongtai Road, Yongsheng Road and Guo Chong Road. Participants parked their vehicles on both sides of the road from east to west at the T-junction of No.5 Middle School of Xuanyuan Avenue.

At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth holding of this event, the traffic police reminded the general public to travel as green as possible on the same day to reduce the traffic pressure on the diversion section. At that time, all vehicles (including buses) are prohibited from passing at the above time and sections except the vehicles of this activity. Traffic control on all sections will be lifted one after another according to the competition situation.
