6. Supervise and inspect Party B’s safety management work, stop illegal operations, and order it to stop operations and construction in case of dangerous emergencies.

7. In accordance with the relevant safety management provisions in the factory (site) regulations and factory (site) disciplines, financial penalties will be imposed on Party B for violations of regulations and laws.

2. Party B’s rights and obligations

1. Strictly abide by Party A’s factory (site) regulations, factory (site) disciplines and various safety management systems, and accept Party A’s supervision, inspection, education and punishment.

2. Documents such as the "Business License", "Safety Qualification Certificate", "Legal Person Authorization Letter" should be provided to Party A before construction and shall be subject to Party A's review.

3. The safety production responsibilities of personnel at all levels in the unit should be clearly defined, full-time or part-time safety officers should be appointed, and the list should be submitted to Party A.

4. The list of special operations personnel and a copy of the special operations operation certificate must be submitted to Party A. You must hold a certificate to perform work, and personnel without a certificate are not allowed to engage in special operations.

5. Before starting work, a construction operation plan must be formulated and while arranging work tasks, safety technical briefings must be provided to construction workers so that all construction workers can understand the project characteristics and construction safety measures. The construction operation plan shall be submitted to Party A.

6. Construction workers must be provided with labor protection supplies that comply with national standards or industry standards, and construction workers must be supervised and educated to wear and use them in accordance with the rules of use.

7. Entry safety education should be provided to employees entering the factory (field), and education records and signature procedures should be kept. If there are changes in personnel during construction operations, factory (site) education for new employees must be carried out in a timely manner, and the education and personnel lists must be reported to Party A for record.

8. According to the characteristics of the construction, personnel who meet the requirements in terms of physical fitness, technical level, and safety awareness should be reasonably arranged to work. It is strictly prohibited to use underage workers or those with occupational contraindications.

9. It is necessary to organize construction workers to carry out safety activities, improve employee safety awareness and labor protection skills, and ensure that all employees have the necessary safety production knowledge.

10. No one shall privately damage the safety protection facilities of the workplace and various equipment and tools provided by Party A. If the protection facilities need to be removed due to construction, they must be removed with the consent of Party A’s safety officer. At the same time, other safety measures should be taken to make up for it, and the protective facilities should be restored after the construction is completed.

11. The safety protection devices of the machinery, electrical equipment and power tools used must be complete and effective. The person in charge of on-site construction and safety officers should conduct frequent inspections and deal with problems promptly to make them intact.

12. For special operations such as inside containers, at high places, lifting, groundbreaking, temporary use of electricity, and fires in prohibited fire zones, you must apply for a license from Party A before the operation, and formulate and implement security measures. . 13. Operators shall not be commanded or forced to take risks or operate in violation of regulations, and shall provide labor protection for workers in accordance with relevant regulations.
