Five-day Guilin self-driving tour route and itinerary

Itinerary:

Day 1: Drive to Yangshuo, park at the hotel, take the Yangdi shuttle bus at the North Bus Station to Yangdi Wharf, raft the essence of the Li River to Jiuma From Huashan Pier, use the bamboo raft ticket to take a free battery car to Xingping Pier. Xingping Pier is the scenery on the back of the 20 yuan RMB. When visiting Xingping Ancient Town, you can climb Laozhai Mountain to overlook the Li River, and then take a free battery car to the bus station. , take the shuttle bus back to Yangshuo, visit West Street in the evening, and stay in Yangshuo.

The next day: Take a shuttle bus in Yangshuo in the morning to raft the Yulong River. Generally, you float from the Jinlong Bridge to the Jiuxian section, and then do the reverse rafting to Fuli Bridge. After landing in Jiuxian, you can rent a bicycle. If you want to go to Shili Gallery and the scenic spots on Shili Gallery Road, it will be much cheaper to buy tickets with the villagers on the roadside soliciting customers. In the evening, I watched Impression of Liu Sanjie and continued shopping on West Street.

The third day: Drive to Yinziyan by yourself, and then drive to Longji Rice Terraces after the tour. First go to Jinkeng Dazhai and stay in Dazhai.

Day 4: Watch the sunrise in Dazhai, drive out of the village to Ping'an Village, go to the city after visiting Ping'an Village, and watch the night view of the two rivers and four lakes in the evening.

Day 5: Visit the park. You can consider Xiangshan Park and Jingjiang Palace, but the tickets are not cheap.

Because the places where the bamboo rafts float ashore are different, it is better to take the shuttle bus back and forth.

Xiangshan Park:

Xiangshan Park is located on the west bank of the Li River in the south of Guilin, with a total area of ??11.80 hectares. There are mainly Shuiyue Cave, Elephant Trunk Rock, Elephant Eye Rock, Puxian Pagoda, Yunfeng Temple and Relic Pagoda in the park. Xiangshan Park was listed as one of the first batch of 4A-level scenic spots by the country in December 2000. Xiangshan was originally named Yishan, Lishan and Shenshuishan. And because the Shuiyue Cave at the east end of the mountain looks like an elephant's trunk, and the entire mountain resembles an elephant standing by the Li River to drink water, it is called Elephant Trunk Mountain, or Elephant Mountain for short. Elephant Trunk Mountain is 200 meters above sea level, 55 meters above the river, 108 meters long and 100 meters wide. The mountain covers an area of ??13,000 square meters and is composed of limestone 360 ??million years ago. Xiangshan Park is located at the confluence of the Li River and Taohua River in the center of Guilin, Guangxi, covering an area of ??2.99 hectares. The natural landscape and cultural landscape in the park complement each other, with mountains, water, caves, islands, pavilions, platforms, flats, paths, cultural relics, and historic sites. The contrast between them forms a painting, which is so beautiful that it makes people fascinated.

Ping'an Village:

The front gate of Ping'an Village is located near the turntable of the north gate of the county. It goes to Chongqing and Fuling in the south, Mianyang and Guangyuan in the north, Chengdu and Deyang in the west, and Nanchong and Wanxian in the east. It is called a transportation hub and has an excellent geographical location. The mountain gate is not big, but its momentum is extraordinary. The green trees on both sides of the road seem to welcome tourists. Two giant stone dragons lead you straight to the scenic area management office and enter the first scenic area - Ping'an Village Forest Area.

Lijiang River:

Lijiang River belongs to the Xijiang River system in the Pearl River Basin. It is the general name of the upper reaches of the tributary Guijiang River and is located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. In the traditional sense, the starting point of the Li River is Mao'er Mountain in Yuechengling, the source of the Gui River. Modern hydrology defines it as the mouth of Lingqu, Rongjiang Town, Xing'an County, and the end point is the mouth of Sanjiang River in Pingle. The upper reaches of the Li River are called the Dayong River, and the lower reaches are the traditionally named Guijiang River. The Lingqu River Estuary is the dividing point between the Darong River Section and the Li River Section of the Guijiang River, and the Lipu River and Gongcheng River Estuary are the dividing points between the Li River Section and the Gui River Section. The total length of the Lijiang River section is 164 kilometers. The riverbed along the river is mostly water-quality pebbles, with a small amount of sediment and clear water quality, and both sides are mostly karst landforms. Guilin is rich in tourism resources, and the famous Guilin landscape is located on the Li River.

Jingjiang Palace:

Jingjiang Palace, located in the center of Guilin, was built when Zhu Shouqian, the grandnephew of Zhu Yuanzhang, the emperor of the Ming Dynasty, was named King of Jingjiang. The architecture of Jingjiang Imperial City is a typical Ming Dynasty vassal palace regulation, adopting strict central axis symmetry, with the ancestral temple on the left of the city wall and the Sheji on the right. It has a history of more than 640 years, which is earlier than the completion of the Forbidden City in Beijing. It is now a national key cultural relic protection unit and was successfully promoted to China's AAAAA level scenic spot in 2013.
