Lvjingtang Bayberry Garden is located in Jingshan, Yuhang, with 500 acres of bayberry and more than 10,000 bayberry trees. The park has unique topographic conditions, valley climate and pollution-free environment. Adhering to the principle of "ecology first, green and healthy", it has been carefully restoring the soil for more than ten years, rejecting chemical fertilizers and replacing them with soybean meal, Vegetable cakes and sheep dung; no herbicides are used, instead manual weeding is used to carefully protect this bayberry paradise.
Lvjingtang specializes in two varieties of bayberry, water chestnuts and Dongkui. The one with soft meat, juicy, sweet and slightly sour taste, and slight aroma is called "Water Chestnut"; while the one with large core and small size, soft meat, sweet and juicy is called "Dongkui", which is also the top grade of Bayberry.

Tips for picking bayberry
1. When picking, be sure to wear dark, long-sleeved casual clothes to prevent mosquito bites and scratches from branches.
2. Wear sun hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and other sun protection products under the scorching sun.
3. It is best to wear dark-colored sneakers. Falling bayberries will dye the shoes red bayberry.
4. The purple bayberry is ripe. It is best to use scissors to gently cut off the branches. The handle cannot be left long to avoid stabbing other bayberries in the fruit basket. When picking, you can put a layer of leaves on top of a layer of bayberry to avoid bumping.
5. You can choose to use the endless bayberries to make dried bayberries or plum wine, which are also good choices.
6. Chilled bayberry is more suitable for summer.
Tips for eating bayberry
1. Ordinary way of eating: Soak the bayberry in salt water for about 10 minutes, wash it and eat it raw. It can also be eaten with honey, mixed with yogurt or salad, condensed milk, etc.
2. Chilled bayberry: Put the washed bayberry into a crisper, sprinkle some sugar on it, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. It can not only extend the shelf life of the bayberry, but also can be eaten anytime. In addition to these ways of eating, bayberry can also be used to make wine or squeezed into bayberry juice.
In addition, it is not advisable to eat too much bayberry. Eating too much can easily soften the gums, blister the tip of the tongue, etc., and may also cause "getting angry".
