The 13 th Lane in Eight Directions is the only tile-roofed area preserved in Linxia's urban construction, with eight quaint mosques and 13 ancient streets and lanes completely preserved. A variety of catering, homestay, local products, handicrafts sales and other services are dotted among them, which not only have the same cultural context, but also highlight the rich heritage of Linxia.
2. Daxiahe Sanli Style Line
Daxia River is the mother river of Linxia, belonging to the Yellow River system and the origin of Linxia's name. In recent years, unique landscapes such as Shili Peony, Hezhou Impression, Liuqiao Feidu, Deng Hua Night Scene, Big River Bibo, Water Curtain Film and Landscape Plank Road have been built one after another, creating a 30-mile style line: enjoying peony in spring and chrysanthemum in autumn, and being full of ecological greenery.

Dong Jiao Park is the largest central green space in Dongcheng District, Linxia City, and a national AAA-level tourist attraction. There are artificial lakes, zoos, Metasequoia glyptostroboides promenade, Hu Tingzhen Martyrs Memorial Hall and many other scenic spots. Linxia Dongfu is a national key cultural relics protection unit, a national third-class scenic spot, and the private residence of Ma, the former commander-in-chief of Kuomintang Army. The essence of brick carving in Hezhou is gathered here, which shows a high artistic level in architectural structure and decorative carving.
5. Hanhan Mountain Villa
Ancient Linxia, also known as "Han", is a drumstick, which means: peace and tranquility. Han Ying Mountain Villa is a big orchard in Linxia, which closes hills to facilitate afforestation. Lin Friedrich Hirth gourmet
Hand-shredded mutton
The most delicious parts are ribs, front flail, leg meat and neck. It's not that I deliberately don't recommend which one to eat here. To tell the truth, there's nothing wrong with the finger food shop on Linxia street, just like foreigners going to Lanzhou to eat beef noodles, which everyone thinks is delicious.
Muslim flour and salt cake fried in sesame oil
There are many kinds of essential oils. Good flour with local rapeseed oil, fried sesame oil is called a fragrance! Walking on the streets of Linxia, the most unbearable thing is to meet a small shop that makes oil fragrance. The fragrance can float far and far, making people salivate when they smell it! If dipped in local honey, it will be more fragrant!
Fazi flour field
There are actually two kinds of food-hair and noodles and intestines. Noodles sausage is made by pouring noodles into sheep intestines and steaming them. Hairy sausage refers to the viscera of sheep, and then the noodle sausage and the viscera are cut into a juice and mixed together, which is called "hairy sausage". It's not good-looking, but it's absolutely rich in flavor, and it has no fishy smell, rotten meat and strong noodles.
Niangpi
In most parts of the country, you eat cold noodles, while in Linxia, we mainly eat stuffed skin. Many people think that cold noodles and fermented skin are the same thing, but the dialect reads "cool" as "fermented", but it is not. The method of bean curd and cold rice noodles is different. Fermented skin is washed out with dough, with gluten and thicker. Cold noodle is a kind of thin dough washed with noodle water. The two tastes are completely different.
Sweet sugar
Sweet wheat is a kind of dessert food handed down from Linxia folk, which takes raw grain as the main raw material and is processed and brewed. The production process is not too complicated. First, raw oats are peeled by mechanical impact to clean up dandruff. Add water to the pot and cook at least enough wheat to crack. After that, put the wheat into the pot, sprinkle with sweet wine koji and mix well, then put it in a high temperature for fermentation. When it produces a strong alcohol smell, move it to a cool place and add a little water and sugar when eating, which will taste better. It tastes mellow, sweet and sour. In addition to oats, sweet wheat can also be brewed from highland barley and wheat with different flavors.
