Article 11: The establishment of a municipal tourism development fund will be mainly used for the construction of key tourism projects and the construction of tourism infrastructure. Article 12: All units and individuals should cherish and protect tourism resources. The development and utilization of tourism resources and the construction of tourism infrastructure should be consistent with the tourism development plan, and the architectural style should be coordinated with the surrounding environment.
It is prohibited to establish construction projects that pollute, damage the environment, or hinder the landscape in tourist attractions (spots).
