Implement 14-day personal health monitoring, implement "two tests in three days" (two tests must be 24 hours apart) in the first three days, and conduct a virus test on the 7th and 14th days. In the past 14 days, those who live in districts and counties in medium-risk areas with high-risk areas or potential community spread risks will be subject to 7-day home health monitoring and 7-day personal health monitoring, and virus testing will be conducted 3 times in 7 days. It is recommended to conduct a virus test on the 14th day.
Those who conceal or lie about their personal itinerary and health status may bear corresponding legal liability. All arrivals (returners) from other provinces are required to report through the "My Changsha" APP or "My Changsha" mini program 2 days in advance. The arrival (return) visitors should present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Persons who do not have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours or who come (return) from provinces with local epidemics should undergo an on-board nucleic acid test at the first place of entry into Hunan. Epidemic prevention policy promotion content:
1. Adhere to scientific wearing of masks. Develop a good habit of carrying a mask with you. People who ride in confined spaces such as public transportation and elevators, go to hospitals for treatment, have fever or respiratory infections, and those who are engaged in high-risk exposures such as medical and health services and public services should wear masks correctly. It is recommended that the elderly, infirm, and patients with chronic diseases wear masks when going out.
2. Maintain a safe social distance. When going to crowded places, be sure to keep a safe social distance of at least 1 meter from others. When there is a heavy flow of passengers, wait in line in an orderly manner to avoid crowding.
3. Maintain good personal hygiene. Wash your hands frequently, use soap or hand sanitizer and running water, or disinfect with hand disinfectant. Do not touch your mouth, eyes, or nose with your hands before cleaning them. Cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue. Do not spit anywhere. Wrap oral and nasal secretions in paper towels and dispose of them in the trash.
4. Maintain good indoor ventilation. Living rooms and offices should be well ventilated to avoid air pollution. Before using air conditioners in winter, cleaning and necessary disinfection should be carried out to maintain a certain amount of air flow and natural ventilation.
5. Pay attention to food safety and hygiene. Go to regular supermarkets or markets to buy fresh products. When purchasing, you can use disposable plastic bags to cover your hands to select frozen and chilled foods, avoid direct contact with your hands, and wear a mask at the same time. When purchasing overseas frozen food, you must pay attention to customs food quarantine information and disinfect the outer packaging. Ingredients should be separated from raw and cooked ingredients and cooked thoroughly. Hand hygiene should be maintained when shopping, handling food, and before and after meals.
