Palpitation is a symptom of cardiovascular disease, which often occurs in healthy people. Too tired, frightened, stressed during the day, watching horror movies and suddenly engaging in strenuous exercise are easy to happen, and it is easy to have nightmares when sleeping. For example, as long as I feel flustered after suddenly engaging in strenuous exercise during the day, I will definitely have nightmares when I sleep that night.
