What means of transportation do you take to Tibet? Where do you live in Tibet?

To travel to Tibet, first of all, you need to know the relevant traffic information, which is related to your whole trip, followed by the strategy of local consumption, catering and accommodation in Tibet, which is related to everyone's trip.

Great traffic

It doesn't mean that you can stay in Tibet for a few days after a few days' holiday. You also need to consider the time to enter and leave Tibet. If you enter Tibet by bike, you can take the Sichuan-Tibet line (Chengdu-Lhasa, Qinghai-Tibet line (Xining-Lhasa, Yunnan-Tibet line (Kunming-Lhasa)).

If the train enters Tibet, Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Xining and Lanzhou all have direct trains to Lhasa. Except Xining and Lanzhou, it takes two days to get to Lhasa in other cities.

If you are flying to Tibet, you can buy air tickets directly from Lhasa Gongga Airport or Linzhi Milin Airport. The flight time to Tibet is the shortest and most comfortable.

Tips:

1. The train takes the longest time to enter Tibet, at least more than 20 hours, and it is easy to get altitude sickness after a long journey. It is not recommended to choose.

2. Tickets and plane tickets for Tibet have been booked in advance. When Peter is in the peak tourist season in Tibet, it is more difficult to get train tickets.

If you don't want to miss the scenery along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, you can choose to fly in and out by train.

Consumption, Catering and Accommodation in Tibet

Tibet's consumption is higher than that of the mainland, and it is basically the same as that of cities in Beishangguang. The food here is mainly creative, but there are also many local characteristics, such as Ciba, potato buns, raw beef sauce, sweet tea and so on. Sweet tea has become an indispensable part of local people's daily life, as have butter tea and local yogurt. Butter tea can reduce high reaction, and Tibetan yogurt tastes thick and pure.

Accommodation conditions in Tibet are limited, and hotels of the same grade are one grade lower than those in the mainland.

1, Lhasa, Shigatse and Linzhi have three, four and five-star hotels.

Because of the need to protect the environment, Namtso and Everest are not allowed to build permanent buildings, so the accommodation conditions in these two scenic spots will be relatively simple. The lakeside inn in Namtso is a board house, and the accommodation in Everest Base Camp is a tent, but it is no problem to keep warm and safe.

3. There are some other small places where four or five-star hotels are not listed, but they are basically clean and hygienic hotels.
